Fitz returns the grin. As far as he's concerned, Dorian has more than proved he's exactly the sort of person you want setting up a party. Considering everything, it would be a bit embarrassing if he wasn't, but Fitz doesn't believe in appreciating something less just because it meets his assumptions. Especially when it involves a room with a comfortable bed.
The only problem with dressing up as a spy - a very sexy Halloween costume without any modifications needed - is that it has a number more layers than Dorian's 'Admiral' costume, so it takes him another moment to take off his jacket.
